THe War Between Microsoft And Yahoo Is Over
There are too much talking about Microsoft buying Yahoo, after a long time’s bargain, now the war between Microsoft and Yahoo is over. Microsoft gives it up. Who is the winner? No winner!
See these message from New York Times:
Microsoft said Saturday that it was abandoning its blockbuster bid to acquire Yahoo after it raised its offer by $5 billion but Yahoo rejected it as still too low.
The about-face followed a meeting on Saturday morning in Seattle between Microsoft’s chief executive, Steven A. Ballmer, and Yahoo’s chief and co-founder, Jerry Yang, according to a person familiar with the talks.
At the meeting, which also included Yahoo’s other founder, David Filo, and a Microsoft president who oversees its online unit, Kevin Johnson, Mr. Ballmer increased Microsoft’s offer to $33 a share, or a total of about $47.5 billion, from $29.40 a share. Mr. Yang told Mr. Ballmer that Yahoo would not accept an offer below $37 a share, this person said.
Needless to say, it seems that the reason that why Yahoo doesn’t sell Yahoo.com is that the money is not high enough to let human be crazy for it, but I don’t think so. I believe Yahoo doesn’t want to sell it at all! This is my personal opinion, please don’t tell others.
So why I am talking about these things? I mean what’s the relationship between Yahoo and Making Money? You will know why if you are not live under rocks these years.
Google, Yahoo and MSN are the three largest search engines in the world, so if you are serious about making money online, you must learn to make good use of them.
Another thing, according to non-official statement, Microsoft and Yahoo will combine to beat Google. Woo! This is a bad thing for Google. This will be another war between Google and Microsoft, Yahoo. Who will win this game? We don’t know it yet, so let’s predict it. Leave your prediction here, Okay?
